Project Characteristics: Located in the North Xizang Road sub-district within the Inner Ring of Jing'an, the project sits on the primary development axis of the district. It occupies a strategic position within the "One Axis, Three Belts" spatial planning structure of Jing'an. The surrounding area features large-scale urban renewal projects, including the million-square-meter Zhongxing City, Ankang Garden, and Huaxin City.

The application of Foresight Technology’s intelligent construction solutions has successfully addressed multiple challenges such as low efficiency, fluctuating quality, and high labor costs in traditional construction. At the Huafa · Jing'an Huafu project, it has been demonstrated that construction efficiency is more than 5 times that of manual labor, with quality meeting acceptance standards and a coverage rate exceeding 95%.

As a benchmark case for intelligent construction in urban renewal scenarios, Jing'an Huafu will be fully delivered by the end of 2025, providing a replicable implementation path for urban renewal projects nationwide.
